A: Tours are subject to weather conditions. However, we will not cancel due to minor weather issues. For extreme conditions, we will offer alternative activities or reschedule the tour.

Q: Can I get a refund if I decide the tour is not for me after booking?

A: Yes, as per our cancellation policy based on the timeline. Please submit your cancellation request as soon as possible to maximize your refund amount.

Q: Do you offer travel insurance?

A: We recommend purchasing travel insurance for comprehensive coverage. However, this is optional and sold separately. Your travel insurance is non-refundable once purchased.
